Climax- Nemo pretends he's dead and gets flushed down the toilet into the ocean. Closure - Dory , Nemo and his dad all reunite and go back to how things always were.

This suggests that it is set in america because usually they dont wear uniform. The close up of the bully coming down to his level shows and is a metaohor that the bully is on a completely differnet level and has to crouch to talk to him. This seems very intimidating. Through mise-en-scene like the hair styles suggest 2010. The hair cut the bully has is very like justin beibers in 2010 and justin beiber was a major popstar inspiring people to get his hair as a style.
